Paul Beck

Owner & President

In 1990, Paul Beck received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in management from Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota.  Ever since he was young he loved the outdoors and especially the Rocky Mountains.  In 1991 he moved to Hamilton, Montana, and has loved it ever since.  In 1996 he built his first home with Structural Insulated Panels (SIP’s) on the walls and roof and with Insulated Concrete Forms for the foundation (ICF’s). In 1997, Paul became a project manager for a local contractor.

In 2005, he founded Beck Builders, Inc. with his wife, Stephanie. Paul is a member of the Bitterroot Building Industry Association and served as President of the BBIA for two years.

Dave Terry

Project Manager

Dave Terry was born in Hamilton, Montana, and raised on his family’s Bitterroot ranch, where he learned his work ethic and sense of responsibility.  Upon graduating from high school, he apprenticed in the carpentry trade with his grandfather for 4 years.  In 1987 Dave started his own construction company here in the Bitterroot Valley, which he ran for 19 years.  He specialized in log homes, panel homes and conventional framed houses.

Superior customer service is Dave’s # 1 goal, along with great communication with the clients, other tradesmen, and the material providers for the project.  Dave and his wife,  Julie, enjoy spending time in the great outdoors with their two grown children and eight grandchildren.

Nici Wallner

Accounting

Nici is a retired Court Reporter originally from California.  It was her enjoyment of whitewater rafting that first brought her to the Bitterroot, but she soon fell in love with the peaceful valley and the friendly people. She moved to the Bitterroot Valley in 2007 and almost immediately began working for Beck Builders.  When she was looking for a place to buy she began talking to her real estate agent about how much she loved the building process.  Her agent then introduced her to Paul and they made an instant connection. Nici lives in Hamilton with her husband, Scott.

Nici is in charge of all accounts payable and accounts receivable.  It is her pleasure to keep things organized and make sure that bills and checks are sent out on time.  Nici is always happy to help you along your building process wherever a need arises.

Terry Craft

Estimating

Terry is a 5th generation Montanan. Terry and her two children enjoy spending time with family and friends, baking, playing sports, exploring parks and getting out in the mountains. In addition to work, family and extracurriculars, Terry is taking online courses through Liberty University studying Accounting.

Terry considers it nothing but a blessing to be working with the Beck team. Everyone is genuine and caring. She hopes that she portrays that same enthusiasm to Beck customers.

Maddy Bourassa 

Office Administrator

Maddy is a native to California but has spent most of her life in the Bitterroot Valley, where her parents built multiple homes while she was a teenager. She understands the process as a client and all the decisions that go into building a dream home. Having joined the Beck Builders’ team in 2023, she has enjoyed learning the process on the builder’s side. With years of customer service experience, she values each individual and looks forward to meeting you.

Maddy is an entrepreneur, musician and professional organizer. When she isn’t working, Maddy has been dedicating her free time, since 2019-present, to becoming bilingual in the Korean language and has spent time living overseas in the beautiful city of Seoul, South Korea.
